Our area of expertise

We focus on the answer to three key questions that crop up regularly in all business, albeit usually in a fragmented, individual and non-formalised way:

  • What is the best way to manage the information that constitutes the knowledge, rules, actions and company results? And because this information is generally lacking in structure, how is it used and processed by the parties involved as they go about their business operations or improvement projects?
  • How do you describe, measure, improve and facilitate operating, support and management activities so that there can be good practices put in place, effective collaboration between the various parties involved, and improvements and gains in performance?
  • How do you coherently run and manage the visibility and mobilisation needed for change projects that you want to implement to take a quantum leap in terms of quality towards greater professionalism and competitiveness?

Our overall reply to these questions is that alongside the information systems that process the company’s main data (ERP, CRM, etc.), these days there is a need to implement suitable IT tools based on BPM, content management, workflows and data cubes technologies, as part of a strategic vision and a process involving management and users.

If they are properly adjusted to the individual needs of the business, these tools make it possible to communicate better and improve practices, because they incorporate a range of management tools developed over the past few decades that have a positive leveraging effect. For example, we can mention some of them recommended by the SIX SIGMA method: activity diagrams, defect analysis, risk analysis, process capability, etc.

The services that we offer are based within this tool logic: methodological contribution, guidance and supervision, transfer of competences and ownership to the parties involved, implementation of optimum functionalities and subsequent support.

All these assignments suggest starting the project with a pilot experiment. It provides a participative way of transferring knowledge to the members of a project group. They have the opportunity to together understand the means and methods being proposed, as well as their contribution and the targets to be achieved (see Suitability: a must).

In addition to consultancy and management services, there are of course various services associated with the implementation and support of software tools:

  • installation;
  • training of users in the various functionalities;
  • structuring and migration of existing document systems into the tool;
  • development of workflows from the modelling tools and engines proposed;
  • adaptation of IT tools to specific requirements;
  • where appropriate, the development of specific functionalities.

The implementation process is supplemented by maintenance and assistance services that ensure the sustainable and optimum use of the tools put in place.
