Scope and services

TWO Consult is a company founded in 1994 which operates from Belgium and Luxemburg. It focuses on management processes and their support by information technologies.
The services provided by TWO Consult cover the entire range from management consultancy to the maintenance of the software tools they sell to clients. The aim is to enable customers to make the most of the investments they make to improve the management of their processes: modelling, Quality document management, workflows, performance indicators, etc.

Team

The team at TWO Consult consists of four associates and various consultants who pool their skills to carry out projects in the best interests of the company’s clients.

Benoît Mikolajczak has a great deal of experience in management tools and consultancy. He has created a number of original methods in the area of BPM and workflows. He bases himself on his creativity and his coaching ability to organise, support and guide the change process at customers.

Jean-Martin Risack specialises in the development of applications in Lotus Notes and Intranet environments. He is the kingpin of the IQUAL software and the way it is implemented with clients.

Jean-Hubert de Boulard has extensive experience with the operating management of companies. He is responsible for proposing the company’s offering to customers and organising anything that is needed to maintain and enhance their satisfaction.

Christophe Carbognin brings the energy of his youth to carry out assignments on site with clients, as well as to design and direct the development of the technical elements of the MICA tool.

The consultants who work with the four associates have a wide range of experience gained in various countries, thereby making it possible to carry out international projects.

Finally, TWO Consult has established strong relationships over time with various partners to enable the company to fine-tune its offering, based on the needs of its customers:
