QMS / HSEQ with SharePoint

TWO Consult offers a modular and flexible tool to support management systems for Health Safety Environment and Quality in SharePoint 2010. Documents

Deploying document systems that can easily in SharePoint be kept in order and up to date :

Creation of documents and input of meta-data (type of document, organization, standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, HACCP, OHSAS, etc.).
Preparation of the document content (making the best use of the integration with Office).
Verifications and approvals in sequence and / or in parallel.

The number of documents in the current libraries or data bases can be of several hundreds or even thousands. In a matter of days, management systems are available in the SharePoint lists and libraries set up by the tool and the various users can contribute to the maintenance of documents and to the improvement of processes.
